最近有个朋友需要网络投票来拉选票。网站的限制就是IP。如果一个IP已经投过了，则就会不能进行二次投票，而且是永久不能。

我找到了两个办法：

1.使用ADSL断线点方法。这种有效果，但是操作起来太慢，而且比较消耗人力和时间。
2.使用在线代理或者代理服务器的方法。这种也是行的通，但是，很多代理服务器都是链接不上，而且更费人力。

因此，特地来此向诸位请教。看有没有好的点子和方法。能进行IP 欺骗。

如果服务器不限制来自同一个代理IP地址的多个本地地址提交，可以试试直接修改 X-Forwarded-For 头信息，相当于将本地机器模拟成代理
