CoP (Community of Practise) -- 实践型社区 TableOfContents
CoP ，也被称为“实践性社区”，是基于共同兴趣、爱好，按照对话和协作的方式自由组织和建立的专项社区。在社区中，人们的加入和工作都是基于对话和协商，并在每次知识性交流后及时开展行动。所以CoP首先是一个知识性的社区，人们通过贡献分享知识联系在一起，并通过共同创造达成快速和富有成效的产出。
